Attivo Trail is an Active Adult Community. Attivo features, a large community area with many gathering spaces including an indoor pool, library, bar, patio and much more.

 

Phase 1 consists of 202 units in one building plus attached and detached garages. Phase 2, coming in 2022, will be an addition of 87 units plus additional attached garages and an underground

parking structure.

IRONWOOD APARTMENTS

Altoona, IA  |  2015-2018

 

Ironwood was built as a conventional property consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The community has 294 units in 8 buildings plus attached and detached garages. Ironwood features a clubhouse with a pool, fitness center and tanning facility.

PRAIRIE POINTE STUDENT LIVING

Prairie Pointe has 158 units in 10 buildings and was built to house students who attend DMACC. These apartments feature a shared kitchen and living room area with private bedrooms and bathrooms.

STADIUM VIEW SUITES

Ames, IA   |   2016-2018

Stadium View is located a stones throw from Jack Trice Stadium near Iowa State University. It's a student property that consists of 197 units in 5 buildings. Stadium View features a clubhouse with a fitness and tanning facility.

Insite Construction and Development develops and builds projects owned and managed by Haverkamp Properties. In 2000 Insite began building properties in Ames, IA and has since grown to Des Moines and surrounding suburbs.

 

Building over 2000 apartment units in Central Iowa, Insite started out in student properties and has moved into the conventional and senior markets. While multi-family construction continues to be the focus of our company, we have also built several other commercial and residential projects including small retail multi-tenant buildings, vehicle repair shops and convenience stores.

 

In 2019 Insite formed a partnership with Practic Design to offer a complete design and build construction service.
